SUPPORTING THE BEES

The Shires shopping centre in Trowbridge will be the main sponsor of Trowbridge Town Football Club next season.

The £1,250 sponsorship deal will include The Shires logo emblazoned on the front of the first team shirts, banners around the pitch and various newsletter advertisements.

The Shires centre manager John Grinnell said: “We are always looking at ways to become involved in the local community and we’re delighted to have the chance to sponsor the town football club which we hope will benefit both parties.”

Football club chairman Ralph McCaldon thanked The Shires for its suport and said: “It will make a real difference in the effectiveness of our endeavours and look forward to continuing the relationship over the coming seasons.”
