NEW FACES JOIN BATH PROPERTY CONSULTANTS

cj_rural_teamMore new faces have joined the Bath office of property agents Carter Jonas.

Led by partner Kit Harding, the Carter Jonas rural team which until recently covered the north Wiltshire area, has moved to the firm’s new Wood Street office to extend its  services across the south west.

Kit specialises in rural agency including farms, estates, agricultural and development land.  He also carries out a wide range of rural and professional work.

He has lived and worked in the area for more than 30 years and is a prominent member of the business community. He is particularly well-known for his auctioneering skills, conducting regular property auctions in Bath.

Also now in Bath is associate Ian McMurray, who was based in Newbury before moving to North Wiltshire. He specialises in all aspects of agricultural professional work including tax valuations and strategic management.

Rural assistant Amy Thompson is a recently qualified surveyor and joined the Carter Jonas team in north Wiltshire after leaving college. Amy specialises in rural practice surveying.

Frances Wilson is PA and secretary to the rural team,  who are pictured outside the new Bath offices.

Carter Jonas has also announced that Patrick Brady has joined its residential team as an associate in Bath.

Patrick, aged 30, who is married with a 14-month-old son, lives on the Dorset, Somerset and Wiltshire border close to the Stourhead Estate.

He has nine years’ experience in the profession the majority of which has been spent with Savills in Salisbury selling town and country property throughout Wiltshire, Somerset and North Dorset.

Also new to the sales team are Philippa Polson, administrator Nicola Wood and negotiator Edward Legge.
